Your depth perception score: 0/10

What Your Score Means:
  • 8-10: Excellent depth perception
  • 5-7: Average depth perception
  • Below 5: Below average depth perception

Good depth perception is important for activities like driving, sports, and navigating your environment safely.

About Depth Perception

Depth perception relies on several visual cues:

  • Binocular disparity: The slight difference between what your left and right eyes see
  • Motion parallax: How objects at different distances move at different speeds relative to you
  • Size and perspective: How your brain interprets the size of objects and their relationship to each other

Various eye conditions can affect depth perception, including strabismus (eye misalignment), amblyopia (lazy eye), and monocular vision (vision in only one eye).
